Happy Halloween!

We had a successful Halloween this year. Everson thoroughly enjoyed getting candy at every house, except for one (as you will see in a picture below). He didn't really say Trick-o-Treat that well, but his cuteness and saying "tank goo," "ba bye", and "night night" made up for it. Everson even enjoyed answering the door to see the Trick-o-Treaters that came to our house.

Ready to go Trick-o-Treating!

This is the one house he didn't like. (Thanks Lamberts) We thought it was pretty funny!

House Work

In an attempt to get our house to not look like it was built in the 1960's we decided to paint our bathroom cabinets. Everson was all for helping Dad take off the cabinets and priming them. Pictures of the finished cabinets are coming soon!

1st Time at the Oregon Zoo

Another first for Everson, his first time to the zoo. It was $2 Tuesday so we decided we would chance fighting the crowd and go enjoy the animals. Lucky for us, we got there early enough, that there was no crowd to fight and all the animals were out and about. Everson absolutely loved it. He was amazed by everything and made the noises of all the animals we saw. Hopefully the weather will still be nice enough next month so we can take advantage of another $2 Tuesday.

The Bald Eagle was I think the neatest thing to see. We were within five feet of it.

Everson all bundled up watching the fish.

Everson growled louder and more than the black bear did behind us.

This sealion swam by the window so many times. Everson would try to reach out and touch it.

Everson loved the leopard. We could have stayed there watching the leopard the whole time.

This monkey like to read magazines I guess.

Everson is making the sound of a giraffe. For those of you who do not know what sound a giraffe makes, look it up on You Tube like we did.

The weird yet cute bats.

Pumpkin Patch

Everson had his first pumpkin patch experience this year. We had a lot of fun riding the train and boat, picking out our pumpkins, and hanging out with friends. Everson even chose his own pumpkin and carried it to the wheelbarrow all by himself. Of course dropping it a number of times.

Having fun at the top of the hay stack.
